A Guide for the Student on the Ways and Means of the Warg and the Stalking of Prey

Even The Venga Boys Can’t Save A Runner

There are two things that struck me about this video: i) the staggeringly tacky power of a Venga Boys track is not suited to a warg video and ii) freeps do a lot of running. The first point isn’t really debateable so let’s move onto the second point.

Notice the first time the Captain is close to death he runs for it. The question that you need to ask here though is where the hell is he running to? Where is it he thinks he is going? You see this a lot from freeps, they are close to death and the first instinct is to run! Not only is it a bad idea with a warg since we can outrun them and do more damage from behind, but, like here, there is often nowhere for the freep to go. You can see this again the second time the Captain’s morale dips low and he is running around Tol Ascarnen like a headless chicken.

Remember what your mother told you when you were little: don’t run or you might get hurt!
